Eligibility:

• 18 years & older; all entries prejudged upon submission.

Format:

• All entries must be western art characterized by
  cowboys, cowgirls, animals, rodeo, or work of the
  western lifestyle.
• Original work only; submissions must not be more
  than five years old.

Categories: Oil | Watercolor | Graphics | Photography

• Art will be judged by category.
• All art must be framed and have d-rings.
• Unframed art must not exceed 48 inches in any one direction.

Registration/Payment:

• $20 entry fee per piece of art.

• Mail: Parker County Sheriff’s Posse, POB 28, Weatherford, TX 76086. ATTN: Art Show.

Delivery Deadline:

• All submissions must be delivered to the PCSP Club house on September 9-10, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Awards:

• Judging the event is award winning cowboy artist, Tyler Crow. (Cowboy Artists of America, 2016).
• Winners announced at the Ranch Rodeo and online.
• Cash awards to first, second, and third place in each category.
• The amount of the award is dependent upon the number of entries in each category plus $250 added by the PCSP. ($20 entry fee per piece, $10 for purse)
• Ribbons will be awarded through fourth place.
• Winners’ checks will be mailed the week following the show.

Display and Sale of Art:

• All sales will be subject to ten percent commission paid to PCSP.
• Artwork must remain on display for the entire show.
• PCSP reserves the right to disqualify any art deemed inappropriate or offensive.
  All art will be handled with utmost care, but PCSP is not responsible for any damage.
• Art must be picked up September 16-17, 10 AM to 5 PM.
