Public Art Show: Friday 5:30pm – 7:30pm | Saturday 10am – 7pm

Artist’s Age Eligibility:
• 18 years & older
Format:
• All entries must be western art characterized bycowboys, cowgirls, animals, rodeo, or work of thewestern lifestyle.
• Original work only; submissions must not be morethan five years old.

Registration/Payment:
• Online: Registration Form Below
• $25 non-refundable entry fee per piece. Max number of entries per artist: 4
Delivery Guidelines:
• All approved submissions must be delivered to the PCSP Club house on Monday September 7th 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
• All art must be framed and have rings for hanging.
• Art must not exceed 48 inches in any one direction, frame included.
To ensure a professional display and preserve the safety of our gallery space, all artwork must be securely wired. Additionally, please verify that your artwork falls within our accepted size limit of 48”. Unfortunately, pieces that arrive un-wired, lack proper hanging hardware, or exceed these dimensions cannot be accommodated.
Awards:
• Art will be judged by category.
• Judging the event is award winning cowboy artist, Tyler Crow. (Cowboy Artists of America, since 2016).
• Each artist will be given two complimentary rodeo tickets.
• Winners announced at the Art Reception, Ranch Rodeo, and Online.
• First through third place ribbons will be awarded and displayed throughout the show, as well as a “Top of Show” Ribbon.
• A custom made trophy buckle will be awarded to the “Top of Show” winner. (changed verbiage)
Display and Sale of Art:
• The TOTAL proceeds of the sale of any piece of art will go to the artist.
• Checks or credit card purchases will be made to Parker County Sheriff's Posse, and checks will be mailed to the artists the following week.
• All art must remain on display for the entire show, including any pieces that are sold. Arrangements can be made with buyers to pick up their art after the show closes on Saturday night.
• All art will be handled with utmost care, but PCSP is not responsible for any damage.
