Entries open in 2027!

Basic rules: Set your wagons up any time before 7:00 p.m. Friday, September 11th and plan to attend the Cookies’ meeting at 7:00 p.m. after setup.  Wagon judging begins at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morning and food is picked up at 5:30 p.m. Saturday evening for final judging. Winners will be announced during the Saturday evening performance as follows:

Best All-Round Wagon – $1000
Authenticity and Appearance – $500
Each Food Group – 1st Place $300     2nd Place $250     3rd Place $200

Reminder: All food items to be sent in for judging must be prepared/cooked over a wood burning flame and on the Posse grounds.

The PCSP will furnish the following items:

20-25 lbs. Meat                                  
5 lg. cans Peaches (sliced, heavy syrup)
5 lbs. Pinto Beans                              
10 lbs. Potatoes
3 lbs. All Purpose Flour                     
1 med. bag Yellow Onions
2 lbs. Sugar
